Simulieren sie die NTOP Reaktionen. Wie entwickelt sich die Diversität? Welche "autocatalytic sets" werden erreicht? Wie hängt das von der Populationsgröße ab? Können Sie ein Beispiel für chemische Evolution generieren? In etwa so: Beginne mit einem rel. kleinen autocatalytischem set X; simuliere dieses und für nach einiger Zeit eine zufällige Spezies in Menge y hinzu. Lässt sich eine Transition des Systems beobachten?

Gibt es autokatalytische Mengen (oder Organisationen) bei der ADD-Reaktion? Bilden sich irgendwelche regelmäßigen Strukturen im Reaktor?

Was passiert, wenn man statt des gut gerührten Reaktors eine räumliche Struktur annimmt?
